Season Ticket Holder Benefits

Ticket Exchange.  
Men's basketball season ticket holders now have the option to exchange their season tickets for future eligible games in the 2013-14 season. Season ticket holders can exchange as many games as they want, but are encouraged to attend as many games as possible. Exchanges will come at no cost to the season ticket holder for seats within their current price level. They will also have the option to upgrade to a higher price level and pay the difference. Each season ticket holder will have a limit of eight exchanges for a single game and the ticket office will be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of each season ticket holder.

Games have not been determined since the season has yet to begin. Closer towards the season we will inform season ticket holders of which games are eligible for exchanges.

How to exchange: To exchange tickets for future games, fans can call the Utah ticket office at 801-581-UTIX (8849) or exchange them in person. Fans exchanging tickets over the phone will be asked to please bring their unused tickets to the ticket office before the game.

Ticket Advance: If you are not able to attend a game but have a friend who would like to use your seats you can easily advance your tickets to their online account. Instructions to do so can be found here.

Seating Requests - Seating requests can be placed for the 2013-14 season now. Customers must pay for the 2013-14 season tickets or be signed up for a payment to submit a request.
